About

I’ve been working professionally with websites for over two years but have been dabbling with them a long time before. I pride myself on learning fast and never compromising the work I produce. I’ve had the pleasure of working with big and small design agencies as well as directly with clients and I’m open to any kind of working arrangement that allows me to do what I love.

Regardless of what I’m doing I’d always love to chat about any possible projects that you and your business are considering.

How I work

Most of the time I’m based at my home office where I have everything I need to work fast and effectively but I’m no stranger to visiting clients at their office or working on site with a team of like-minded developers. If I’m working direct for a client we’ll have a chat to discuss what is required and once contracts and other agreements are out of the way I’ll get my head down and start producing the goods.

I’m always around on Skype and my mobile is always on (nothing worse than a freelancer you can’t reach!) so as the project continues you’ll always be kept updated on the status of your project. I’ll often upload my designs and pages as I’m working so the client can start interacting early on and give crucial feedback before it’s all finished.

Outside of work

I like rocking my drums in a band known as Fashoda Crisis. We have music on iTunes and have been on Radio 1 so I’m basically famous. I’m also well into PC gaming and a bit of Xbox fun. But then who isn’t these days?

About my site

I’ve lent on something a bit more original this time around and also used typography rather than graphics to convey my content and it’s worked out rather well. I’ve got a few little tricks thrown in here and there (colour change anyone?) but at the core it’s a superbly written XHTML document that is accessible and degrades gracefully under different conditions. I’ve also made an effort to allow wider screen resolutions to take advantage of the added space.

And you can print it.

Which is nice.
