• Constructing XHTML & CSS code to be compliant and accessible across various browser platforms.
• Understanding the different methods of viewing a website, including screenreaders and mobile devices.
• Using basic PHP to add dynamic features to a page - including constructing a template framework.
• Knowledge of Apache Webserver, setting up proxy rules, debugging error logs and installing MySQL and PHP. Also have experience with Apache Tomcat.
• Maintaining & administering forum software, including creating new templates.
• Working in a team based environment as well as an individual, scheduling meetings and laying out project specifications with deadlines.
• Writing web content that is clear, concise and uses correct spelling and grammar.
• Welcoming feedback during and after a project, reacting positively and making changes accordingly.
• Working with other individuals in an online only environment, requiring good communication skills and clear explanations of the project requirements.
